Thomas Ozburn
President & CEO, Parkridge Health System

Darrell Moore serves as Chief Executive Officer at Parkridge Medical Center, Inc. Mr. Moore brings almost 30 years of hospital leadership experience to the Chattanooga market. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Independence Regional Health Center (366 beds) in Independence, MO, and Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Lutheran Medical Center (354 beds) in Kansas City, MO, and has most recently served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Research Medical Center, the 681 bed tertiary hub-medical center for HCA’s MidWest Division in Kansas City. Prior to his tenure in Kansas City, he worked as the Vice President of Professional Services for Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Ga. Mr. Moore received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Wichita State University and his graduate degree in Health Care Administration, also from Wichita State University. 
Glenn Newman, M.D.
President, Chattanooga & Hamilton County Medical Society

Glenn Newman, MD, is the current president of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society, a professional membership organization for physicians. Dr. Newman has practiced 32 years as an internal medicine physician in Chattanooga. He currently is a partner at Ridgeside Internal Medicine, a practice of Beacon Health Alliance. 

A 1982 A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1982, Dr. Newman earned residencies in general surgery and internal medicine at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga. A native of Detroit, he is certified in internal medicine by the American College of Physicians.


Larry Schumacher
CEO, CHI Memorial

Larry Schumacher was named CEO of CHI Memorial in January 2016. Mr. Schumacher came to CHI Memorial from Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) based in Springfield, Illinois where he served as system chief operating officer for eight years. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer of Via Christi Health Network in Wichita, Kansas and executive vice president and chief operating officer of Mercy Health Network in Des Moines, Iowa. 
Kevin Spiegel
President & CEO, Erlanger Health System

Kevin M. Spiegel, FACHE, serves as President & CEO for the Erlanger Health System, the tenth largest public health system in the United States. Mr. Spiegel is a Board Certified Healthcare Executive and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Mr. Spiegel joined Erlanger April 2013, after serving over five years as CEO at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, where he also served as an assistant professor in the College of Medicine and continues in that role today. Mr. Spiegel serves as a Regent for Tennessee with the American College of Healthcare Executives and an Assistant Professor in the College of Medicine at the University of Tennessee. He also serves on the Tennessee Hospital Association’s Board of Directors and the Qsource healthcare quality improvement board. He has authored many articles and lectures nationally and internationally, and he holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and Finance from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.
